CAMe.LOS joined the Campaign Tents 2010-11 "sponsored by AVSI entitled" The forces that change the story are the same as that change the human heart. "
This campaign is an important gesture of charity founded in 1990 to support the first of AVSI volunteers raising funds and making known their work in the world for the most vulnerable populations.
The "first tent" was a simple meal prepared outside a supermarket in Lombardy, which follows the activity that took place in the late '50s, when young students con attività di volontariato alle famiglie indigenti, imparavano attraverso un gesto esemplare che la legge ultima dell’esistenza è la gratuità e la carità, contro ogni possesso egoistico. Da allora nel periodo natalizio le Tende di AVSI sono diventate una campagna di sensibilizzazione e raccolta fondi.
Ogni anno viene presentato un tema specifico, con uno slogan che vuole far riflettere sulla condizione dell’essere umano nel mondo, e che detta anche la scelta di progetti che hanno particolare necessità di essere sostenuti. Quest’anno fra le varie iniziative proposte, l’Associazione C.A.Me.L.O.S. ti propone di sostenere the project:
